SAWPA recently completed a forward-looking Master Plan for the Inland Empire Brine Line that focuses on identifying and implementing improvements to support ongoing growth and expansion of the Brine Line. The Master Plan addresses the infrastructure needs to convey and manage increasingly higher salinity discharges in the Inland Empire.
