No later than March 22, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. two (2) original copies and one (1) electronic file copy (in PDF format) of the proposal shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked: “March 2018 – Request for Proposals – Audit Services.” Proposals received after the above specified date and time WILL NOT be accepted.
