The Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority (SAWPA) will receive sealed proposals until Wednesday, May 6, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. Proposals must be received by SAWPA by the date and time herein above set forth. Mail to 11615 Sterling Avenue, Riverside, California 92503 or e-mail to Zyanya Ramirez (zramirez@sawpa.gov). SAWPA will not accept hand-delivered proposals.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, April 15, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. The meeting will be conducted virtually only. Please e-mail Zyanya Ramirez to get the link for the meeting.
Prospective Offerors are required to put all RFP questions, clarifications or comments in writing to Carlos Quintero via e-mail cquintero@sawpa.gov. Questions, clarifications or comments must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on April 29, 2020.
