The Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority (SAWPA) requests proposals from qualified firms to provide technical services to assist the Basin Monitoring Program Task Force (BMP Task Force). The primary objectives of this scope of work are to understand why there are fluctuating TDS concentrations during baseflow conditions at the downstream terminus of the Santa Ana River Reach 3 area of interest (AOI).
