The Project Agreement (PA) 23 Committee was established by the SAWPA Commission on June 21, 2016 to make policy decisions regarding the implementation of the Program which will include watershed aerial mapping, tools and support for retail water agencies to implement conservation- based rate structures, web-based and technological tools to encourage conservation, and turf grass replacement. The Project Agreement (PA) 23 Committee was formed to support implementation related to operations, storage, transfers and finance of the overall Santa Ana River Conservation and Conjunctive Use Program (SARCCUP) with the exception of the implementation tasks pertaining to water use efficiency within SARCCUP which have been delegated to the PA 22 Committee.
Regular PA 23 Committee meetings are held on the first Tuesday of February, April, June, August, October, and December, at 8:30 a.m., in the SAWPA Board Room, 11615 Sterling Avenue, Riverside, CA 92503.
