Pre-Proposal Meeting Notes 1-10-2018 (attendee roster attached)
No later than January 19, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. seven (7) original copies and one (1) electronic file copy (in PDF format) of the proposal shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked: “Proposal for Engineering Services for Reach 4D Rehabilitation Work Plan.” One (1) original copy of the fee proposal shall be submitted in a separate sealed envelope and marked: “Fee Proposal”. Proposals received after the above specified date and time WILL NOT be accepted. A pre-proposal meeting will be held at the SAWPA offices (see address above) at 1:30 p.m. on January 10, 2018.
