The Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority (SAWPA) requests proposals from qualified firms to facilitate the Inland Empire Brine Line master planning efforts, which will include a comprehensive analysis of SAWPA’s Brine Line. The Master Plan tasks include, but are not limited to, workshops, presentations, data collection, system analysis and evaluation, and a Master Plan Report, among other services. Proposals are due September 22, 2022 by 3:00 pm.
