SAWPA requests proposals from qualified consultants to perform a feasibility study for a weather modification program for the Santa Ana River Watershed. In an effort increase the natural precipitation, this program is expected to produce benefits related to an increased water supply.
Proposals are due to SAWPA by 5:00 pm on Thursday, October 31, 2019.
