Sealed Bids for construction of the Lower Reach IV-B and C.R.C. Lateral Utility Protection Project, addressed to Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority (Owner), will be received at the office of the General Manager, 11615 Sterling Avenue, Riverside, CA 92503, until 2:00 p.m. local time, on the 21st day of July 2020, at which time an audio or video conference will take place so that the bids may be opened and read aloud. Any Bids received after this specified time and date will not be opened or considered.
Bidding Documents may be examined, by appointment, at the Owner’s office, Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority, 11615 Sterling Avenue, Riverside, CA 92503. Bidding Documents, addendums 1 and 2 may be purchased from the Owner’s office for $25. Prospective bidder must either call Zyanya Ramirez at (951) 354-4244 or email her at zramirez@sawpa.gov to make arrangements to purchase plans and to register as a plan holder.
A MANDATORY pre-bid conference was held on July 7, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. via audio or video conference. Audio or video details will be emailed to registered plan holders prior to the pre-bid conference.
